Professional origamis artist required a large glass surface for paper making that felt light and airy. This tensegrity table made from cable, wood and glass was rendered and then locally fabricated. To minimize hardware one continuous cable was used on each side with set-screws holding cable as it passed through holes with only one inline turnbuckle providing tensioning.
