Innovative air-filled supportive saddle that moves with your body without impeding leg movement. The design required new injection molding techniques and specialized materials of both hard and soft durometer that could reliably retain air.
The Rear Spoiler is molded in 2 parts. The top molded inverted to nest inside the bottom after inserting the valve. These parts were then over-molded with a perimeter seam which welded the top and bottom together. The rear spoiler can then be inflated to desired firmness.
